Health Oriented Approach to Movement

At Mojo Pilates, our work is guided by a health oriented approach to movement. We integrate principles of Clinical and Rehabilitative Pilates, preventive training and functional body mechanics into our sessions. Many clients come to us to support posture, movement efficiency and everyday comfort, or to continue strengthening after completing treatment or rehabilitation plans. Others simply enjoy thoughtful, challenging and high quality movement. Everyone is welcomed with the same care and attention.

Mojo Pilates is recognised through the Fitness Guide system. Many supplementary insurance providers contribute to preventive Pilates and health oriented movement training. Please check with your insurance provider to learn about your personal coverage.

We Begin by Listening to You

Every body has its own story, habits and needs. This is why we always begin by listening. We want to understand what brings you to Pilates and what would help you feel stronger, healthier and more at ease in your body. Your goals, your rhythm and your personal history shape the way we build your sessions.

Working with resistance is part of our approach. By moving against springs and gravity, you strengthen in a safe and effective way that supports posture, stability and everyday movement.

I enjoy every lesson with Gozde. She tailors the lesson to my needs and is encouraging, fun, and can push you to the limit - but never over! She had helped me overcome a slipped disc and my back is now stronger than ever.
